Hexham Community Centre

The Community Centre in Gilesgate has run its Luncheon Club for over 20 years — preparing hot meals for older people. Volunteers needed to help serve, clear up, and chat with guests. No.28 Community House

A small but significant hub on the Hexham East estate. Volunteers tend a community garden and support groups in gardening, crafts, digital skills, and a free weekly community lunch. Also provides advice on debt and housing.

Hexham Abbey
