About Hexham Physio

Hexham Physio is a chartered physiotherapy clinic serving the Tyne Valley, with all its physiotherapists members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. The clinic is built around evidence-based, patient-centred care, working to the principle that movement is key to recovery. It offers flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings and weekends, and has on-site parking with disabled access. Clinical Director Carmen Luxton holds physiotherapy degrees alongside extensive postgraduate training.

The clinic treats a broad range of conditions, with particular focus on musculoskeletal and sports injuries, women's health, and active ageing. Alongside core physiotherapy it offers medical acupuncture, sports massage, shockwave therapy, cryotherapy, injection therapy, and posture and gait analysis, as well as online consultations. Women's health provision covers pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding and menopause. Initial consultations run to 45 minutes to allow a personalised treatment plan to be developed.
