About This Event

Horrible Histories: Awful Egyptians joins Terrible Tudors at Northern Stage, offering families a second deep dive into history's most gruesome civilisation. Also produced by the Birmingham Stage Company with spectacular 3D special effects, this production whisks audiences back thousands of years to the land of the Pharaohs. From the power of the pyramids to the foul facts of death and decay, children and adults alike will meet the meanest mummies in Egypt and discover why this ancient civilisation remains endlessly captivating — and stomach-churning. Recommended for ages five and above, each show lasts approximately one hour with 3D glasses provided. The two shows run as separate productions, each requiring its own ticket, making it easy to catch both in a single visit.
